Smoking is the main reason of lungs disease. Smoking weakens the lungs gradually by causing severe fatal disease like pneumonia. It also cause severe coughing. Burning of tobacco produces more than 35,000 harmful chemicals, including nicotine, carbon monoxide, and tars. These harmful chemicals can transform normal healthy cells to cancerous cells. Actually Smoking is dangerous for all organs of body.So, If you smoke ! Please stop it !

This is most important part of healthy lifestyle. Morning Walk produces many positive effects in our body. According to the National Heart Lung and Blood Institute, regular 35-minute walk increases lung capacity. This also help in strengthens the lungs. With increased lung capacity, you will breathe easier, and your lungs will stay healthier and active longer. Morning Walk also boost your immune system and energy level. It also increase bone density and strengthens the joints.3: Take Steam therapy
You must take Steam to keep your lungs healthy... steam inhalation, includes inhaling of water vapour to open the airways and help the lungs to drain mucus and keep lungs clean.
